Yearly Archives: 2019

Fifteen students completed the online course: EVRN 536/736: Environmental Remote Sensing at the University of Kansas at Edwards Campus in Fall 2019. The online course taught by KansasView coordinator, Dr. Dana Peterson, utilized MultiSpec software that is developed and maintained by Purdue University and is supported by AmericaView. MultiSpec image processing software was beneficial to the course and students since the software is freely available, allowing students to complete labs remotely on their individual computers.  The course will be offered annually or biannually.
